Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Paperbox. By using our application, you agree to the terms of service detailed below. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Service Description

Paperbox is an invoice management system that provides the following services:

• Automatic Gmail scanning to detect invoices and receipts
• Automatic data extraction from invoices using artificial intelligence
• Organization and management of invoices in one place
• Data export to various formats
• Payment matching to invoices

Important: The service uses read-only access to your Gmail account. We cannot send, delete, or modify emails.

User Responsibilities

When using Paperbox, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the service for legal purposes only
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt system operations
• Not upload offensive or illegal content
• Report any suspicious activity on your account

Payment & Subscriptions

Third-Party Services

Paperbox uses the following third-party services:

• Google: Gmail API for email access, Google OAuth for authentication
• OpenAI & Google Gemini: AI processing for data extraction from invoices
• Cloud providers: For secure data storage and processing

Use of the service constitutes acceptance of the terms of use of third-party service providers. We are not responsible for changes or disruptions in third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the application, including design, code, logo, and texts, are reserved to Paperbox.

Your Invoices: You are the sole owner of the invoices and data you upload to the system. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We make efforts to provide reliable and accurate service, but we cannot guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the service without interruptions
• Complete accuracy in data extraction from invoices
• Detection of every invoice in email

Recommendation: It is recommended to verify the extracted data for accuracy, especially for accounting and tax purposes.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel
• The courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes
• In case of conflict between Hebrew and English versions, the Hebrew version prevails

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute:

• Amicable Resolution: We will first try to resolve the dispute through direct communication
• Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we will try mediation through an agreed-upon mediator
• Legal Proceedings: Only if the above methods fail, the matter will be brought before the relevant court

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperbox and its operators from any claim, loss, or damage arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Violation of terms of use
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Content you upload to the system

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Gmail account from the system
• Deleting your account
• Requesting deletion of all data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms of service.

Entire Agreement

• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paperbox
• These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings
• If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force
• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. In case of material changes, we will notify you through the application or by email. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
